A lot of the deck calls we get are for composite decking, and it makes sense out here. Composite boards do not rot, splinter, or need staining every couple of years, which matters when the deck sits wet for half the year. We build composite decks on the same code-built footings and framing as any other deck, and we can walk you through colors, board styles, and hidden fastener options during your estimate. If you would rather go with wood, we build those too.
Composite costs more upfront but needs less maintenance. Wood costs less upfront but needs regular staining or sealing. We can walk through both for your project.
Most new decks require a permit, and we handle that as part of the project.
Most decks take one to two weeks depending on size and weather.
